New Regulations in 2025

- Public Consumption: Smoking cannabis in public places is prohibited and considered a public nuisance.
- Legal Reclassification: There are ongoing discussions about reclassifying cannabis as a narcotic, which would limit its use to medical and research -purposes only.

Yes. You may purchase up to 30 grams per month. Larger amounts may be prescribed if medically necessary and approved by a doctor with proper justification.
Yes. As long as the prescription is within the 30-day period and there is a remaining balance, you may return to purchase the remainder.
